Things that have changed since then:

• Stairwell was fixed up / renovated in December 2023. The basement apartment finished renovations in June 2023, and a door was installed at the top of the basement stairs (at the right side from where you first enter via the side door)

• Right-most kitchen cabinet was "converted" into a pantry - each tenant has a shelf here to store food items

• Additional storage shelving added next to the kitchen table by the couch

• Minor paint damage (from tape) in Room #2 was patched
