Hello! We’re Emily and Mint, and we’ve called 109 Robert Dr home for the past eight years. We originally lived here as renters before purchasing the home from our landlord in 2020. Since then, we’ve put a lot of care into renovating and improving the space.
We hope you enjoy the Syracuse area and our home just as much as we do!

Our home on 109 Robert Dr is a multi-family home, and we live in the basement apartment that we renovated ourselves. The first and second floor units are separate apartments within the home and we are quickly available for issues and help whenever you need it.
