Policies: No pets, no smoking.

Minimum 4 months (semester-based leases).

We are flexible with the start and end dates, however since this is student housing, leases must be semester-based, for example minimum terms would be August through December and/or January through May. We provide summer housing options as well! 

We provide all basic necessities in bulk at the beginning of each semesters! Supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, trash bags, and various cleaning supplies.
